Shipping & Product Care Agreement

By checking the box below, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding your shipment from Shisler’s Cheese House:

• Warm Weather Shipping & Product Condition: We pack all shipments with a combination of wet and dry ice. Due to high transit temperatures to warmer climates, cheese may arrive soft or misshapen. This is completely normal. Cheese remains 100% safe to consume and will restore to a natural shape and texture after being placed in the refrigerator.
• No Delivery Guarantees: Due to current shipping conditions, we cannot guarantee exact departure or delivery dates. We do our best to get all orders shipped in a timely manner, though some circumstances necessitate delays.
• Carrier Liability: Shisler’s Cheese House is not responsible or liable for shipping delays caused by the delivery carrier. We offer Route shipping protection and recommend retaining this on all orders.
