This syrup was inspired by one of our favorite recipes: Grilled pork loin glazed with blackberry sauce and pecans. This special syrup combined with butter and scallions brushed on a grilled pork loin in the last fifteen minutes will make you scream. Or drizzling right from the bottle over homemade ice cream will be a “treat to live for”. We combine local Blackberries with water, sugar and pecans to create this unique syrup.
